In recent years Steve Hancox has delivered accredited mediation training courses to numerous NHS professionals as well as in-house training to NHS Trusts in Leeds, Devon, Middlesborough, Sheffield, Dudley, Lancashire, North Wales and the Isle of Wight.
While the feedback from these courses has been excellent (see below), it has become apparent that many NHS trusts would benefit from specialist mediation training and conflict management support tailored to their specific needs. Down to Earth Mediation now has a team together to provide such specialised training.
